How do I know if I’m pregnant?

This hCG hormone is the hormone present during pregnancy and doubles every 48 hours in a woman’s body after conception. If you take a pregnancy test too early, there may not be enough hCG in the urine for the test to detect – thus resulting in a false negative result.
