However, before terminating your pregnancy, it's important to know all your options and to take the proper precautions including:
- Confirmation of pregnancy with a medical-grade test
- Identification of the age and location of the fetus with an ultrasound
- Knowing all the facts surrounding abortion
- Having confidence the decision is done without coercion
- Being prepared for the recovery process

Parenting
Choosing to become a parent is a big commitment, but you don't have to make it alone. We support expectant mothers with free opportunities for:

- Prenatal and parenting education
- Life skills support groups
- Referrals for government aid
- Referrals for other community services
Adoption
If you would like to carry your baby to term, but are not able to take on the responsibilities of motherhood, Aspire Now can help facilitate the adoption process so you can provide a wanting family with a child.
