Free Ultrasounds

To schedule an ultrasound, you must first verify your pregnancy with our pregnancy test or obtain a proof of pregnancy letter. However, we can often provide an ultrasound during the same appointment as the pregnancy test, depending on how far along you are.

If you're considering abortion, your first step is to complete your ultrasound.

Before scheduling an abortion, an ultrasound will determine:

If your pregnancy is progressing: This is important to know which abortion method you are eligible for. The type, safety level and cost of the procedure depend on your health history and how far along the pregnancy is.

If your pregnancy is viable: An ultrasound is the only way to be 100% sure your pregnancy is progressing. Studies show that up to one in four pregnancies do not progress. Some women only find out they’ve had a miscarriage through an ultrasound. If you have miscarried, you will need follow-up care from a doctor.

Limited Ultrasounds Can:

- Detect fetal heartbeat
- Determine the approximate due date
- Determine the number of fetuses
- Advise immediate medical attention at an emergency room if indicated

Aspire Now ultrasounds DO NOT:

- Determine the sex of the baby
- Diagnose fetal abnormalities
- Substitute for prenatal care

We offer cost-free ultrasounds to determine if your pregnancy is viable and to check the stage of fetal development.

As a community-funded 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, Aspire Now does not financially benefit from your ultrasound or your pregnancy decision.

Because our services are free, none of the procedures done at our center will show up on your insurance or be billed to your account.

Your ultrasound information is 100% confidential. We are here to support you as you evaluate your options in a safe space.

Please note, if you are experiencing health issues such as bleeding, spotting, or cramping, seek immediate medical attention. These symptoms could indicate a spontaneous abortion (miscarriage), and you may need further medical treatment.
